Hold Your Next Meeting in Rancho Cucamonga

Rancho Cucamonga is a world-class community that hosts world-class events. The region has plenty of event space for meetings of all types and sizes and is an affordable – and far less stressful -- alternative to Los Angeles.  Say goodbye to endless traffic jams and hello to hassle-free travel, plentiful accommodations and easy access to much of Southern California.

With the Ontario International airport less than 10 minutes away, Rancho Cucamonga is easily accessible to the rest of the nation. Several major airlines offer daily passenger service at the Ontario airport, so attendees can fly in from just about anywhere and be in Rancho Cucamonga within minutes of landing. Another reason to host your event in Rancho Cucamonga: The city sits within a two-hour drive of more than 20 million Southern California residents. Locals as well as residents who live farther out in the state can easily make the journey. With more than 6,000 hotel rooms in the greater Rancho Cucamonga area, there is no shortage of space to accommodate out-of-town guests for any size event.

The city has a variety of meeting and event spaces. Goldy S. Lewis Community Center in Central Park has flexible meeting space for as many as 400 attendees, including large exhibit halls, small conference rooms and a courtyard. Also located at Central Park is the James L. Brulte Senior Center, which also has flexible meeting space for up to 310 people. Both venues have state-of-the-art technology and kitchens available for use.

Rancho Cucamonga is home to several hotels that can host events and accommodate attendees. The Hilton Garden Inn Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga has three meeting rooms that can be arranged in theater, classroom, conference and banquet seating. If you want to get away from the city without going anywhere at all, Hidden Oaks Retreat Center is a perfect indoor-outdoor space for your event.

The Ontario Convention Center is less than 5 miles from the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. The 225,000-square-foot convention center has a 70,000-square-foot, column-free exhibit hall, a 20,000-square-foot ballroom and more than 30 meeting rooms. The convention center provides set-up services, security, catering, Wi-Fi, audiovisual equipment and all the logistical assistance you to plan a successful event.

Event attendees will be grateful that you chose Rancho Cucamonga for your meeting location because the city is a great jumping-off point for any number of fun day trips. Guests can use their free time to visit beaches or mountains or one of the many nearby theme parks. Enjoy Rancho Cucamonga’s beautiful weather, wonderful accommodations and array of meeting spaces and entertainment options for your next event.
